01. COMPLIMENTARY WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Enjoy complimentary shipping on qualifying orders, based on your destination and minimum order value.

• Singapore & Malaysia — IDR 2,500,000

• Australia — IDR 3,000,000

• United States — IDR 3,500,000

• New Zealand & Middle East — IDR 4,000,000

• Europe — IDR 4,500,000

Complimentary shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your order meets the minimum spend for your destination.

Orders below the applicable minimum are charged the shipping rate displayed at checkout. Hong Kong and destinations not listed above are subject to the shipping rates available at checkout.

02. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, total shipment weight and available delivery service.

International shipping rates follow the applicable 1 kg weight brackets used by our shipping carriers.

Weight brackets

• 0.01–1.00 kg — charged at the 1 kg rate

• 1.01–2.00 kg — charged at the 2 kg rate

• 2.01–3.00 kg — charged at the 3 kg rate

• 3.01–5.00 kg — charged according to the applicable rate for the shipment weight, where available

For example, a shipment weighing 1.2 kg is charged according to the 2 kg shipping rate.

Shipping charges follow the applicable carrier billing method. If volumetric weight or other carrier rules apply, the final charge may differ from the physical weight alone.

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

03. DELIVERY & DISPATCH TIMES

BALI

Same-day delivery may be available within Bali, depending on your location and order confirmation.

INDONESIA

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and delivery service.

INTERNATIONAL

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days. International delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, customs clearance and local delivery conditions.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs procedures, public holidays, weather or circumstances beyond our control.

Business days exclude weekends and Indonesian public holidays.

04. MADE TO ORDER

Our Made-to-Order collection allows you to select your preferred style, colour and size, with garments produced especially for you in Bali.

AVAILABLE COLOURS

Ready to ship within 3–5 business days.

CUSTOM-DYED COLOURS

Ready to ship within 8–12 business days.

These timeframes cover production and preparation before dispatch. Shipping time is additional and depends on the destination and delivery service.

05. TRACKING

Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched, where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses, email addresses and contact numbers at checkout. Please contact us promptly if you notice an error in your delivery details.

06. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Customs clearance may affect delivery times. MR RIPLEY cannot guarantee the timing of customs processing in the destination country.

07. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

All purchases are considered final. Returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted, except where an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect due to an error on our part, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.

Please contact MR RIPLEY within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing your order number and clear photos of the issue, where applicable.

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, exchange or refund, except where required by applicable law.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

08. MADE TO MEASURE & CUSTOM ITEMS

Made-to-Order, Made-to-Measure and customised garments are produced specifically for the customer and are not eligible for return or exchange, except where an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect due to an error on our part, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
