Please review your order before checkout. Once you have paid for your order it is automated and we are unable to amend or cancel this order. We will however be able to amend delivery or other information if emailed or communicated to us immediately.

EXCHANGE -- within Indonesia
Mr. Ripley Bali will exchange:
  • Non ‘sale items’ in saleable condition with tags.
  • Unworn or unwashed or unlaundered products.
  • Garments that have a manufacture fault, wrongly described and different to what you ordered.
  • If your purchase is returned within 10 working days with proof of purchase or without proof of purchase for clients who are in our customer data base.

Original shipping costs and your return shipping costs are not refundable.

EXCHANGE -- outside Indonesia
Mr. Ripley Bali cannot accept the return or exchange of products from outside Indonesia due to government restrictions and costs on importation.
Replacement of faults in manufacture, wrongly described or garments different to what was ordered will be replaced subject to satisfactory photographic evidence.
Please check if you could incur VAT or local customs charges before ordering.

Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable to ensure safe and documented delivery. Mr Ripley Bali takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

Once an order has been processed, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order.

We supply a commercial invoice as proof of purchase, cost and guarantee.

Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah.
