Indonesia (Nationwide)

  • Flat rate shipping fee of IDR 60,000 for orders below IDR 3,000,000.
  • Free shipping on all orders of IDR 3,000,000 and above.

Bali

  • Flat rate shipping fee of IDR 40,000 for orders below IDR 3,000,000.
  • Free shipping on all orders of IDR 3,000,000 and above.

Please note: Shipping rates and delivery times may vary during promotional periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control. Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

Shipping rates vary by destination country and region.

USA & Europe

  • IDR 500,000 (approximately USD 29) flat-rate shipping for orders below IDR 3,000,000.
  • Free international shipping on all orders of IDR 3,000,000 and above.

ASEAN Countries

  • IDR 250,000 (approximately USD 19) flat-rate shipping for orders below IDR 3,000,000.
  • Free international shipping on all orders of IDR 3,000,000 and above.

Australia, New Zealand & Middle East

  • IDR 400,000 (approximately USD 25) flat-rate shipping for orders below IDR 3,000,000.
  • Free international shipping on all orders of IDR 3,000,000 and above.

Additional Information

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination region.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.
  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email o WhatsApp.

Order Processing Time

It takes about 2-5 working days to process your order ready to send out for delivery.  As soon as your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking number details. We will always keep you up to date with shipping details along the way and will try to speed it up for you.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once the product has been shipped.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees.  Some items may not be available for delivery to your country, in which case it will not allow you to purchase.

We are not responsible for shipping charges and any additional charges if the item is not allowed into the country its being sent to and it is returned.

Delays

Mr Ripley Bali wants your order to get to you as quick as possible. We do everything we can to provide smooth and quick transaction but once the item has been handed to the shipping company, we have no control over any delay that may arise from that point on, for example hold up in customs, shipping company processing etc

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly via the carrier’s website

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to Indonesian customs and tax regulations, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges at this time. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before checking out.
